The domain registration is the actual web address that you type in a browser to access a website, while the hosting space is where your website files will be. These are two very closely connected, but independent services, while many people think that registering the domain name is enough. Similar to the disk space and the monthly traffic features that a given hosting plan provides, there are a certain number of registered domain names which you can include as hosted which means that you can have the web content for them in some account even if the domains are actually registered via a different company. In technical terms, it does not matter if a domain is registered and hosted using the same company or is registered with one company and pointed to another one - either way your websites will operate exactly the same way.

Hosted Domains in Website Hosting

With our website hosting services you'll be able to host a different number of domain addresses, no matter whether you register them with our company or through any other provider. If you host just a few domain addresses, you will probably use much less resources, so you can go for a lower-end plan, that will also be less expensive. If you want to add more domains to your account at some point, you can add extra slots through your hosting CP and keep the current plan or you can upgrade the whole plan and employ the extra resources for the new domain names. Each of the upgrades will take only a few clicks and is activated straight away. As registering and hosting a domain are two different things, there is no limit how many domain addresses you are able to register regardless of the plan you’ve subscribed for.

Hosted Domains in Semi-dedicated Hosting

Our semi-dedicated server packages allow you to host an unrestricted number of domains by default, not by demand or after some pricey upgrade. We've made sure that the feature matches the computing power of the plans because it doesn't sound right to have a lot of system resources and be able to use them only for a limited number of domains. If you register a new domain name using our company, it'll be hosted in your account automatically, so you'll not need to do anything manually after that to link it to the account. If you want to host a domain name, that's registered using a different company, you can do so with a couple of clicks and you can see the name servers that you need in your Hepsia CP. The latter was designed particularly for multi-domain hosting, so you'll be able to handle all hosted domain names from one location easily. You can forget about dealing with different systems and accounts as you would have to do with other Control Panels.

Hosted Domains in VPS

Our VPS can be used to host unrestricted amount of domain names irrespective of the hosting Control Panel that you select during the ordering process. You will have ample resources available, so you can choose how many domains will use them. If you get the VPS with DirectAdmin or cPanel, you will be able to create a separate hosting account for every single domain name and we don't have a restriction for the amount of accounts that you can create. If you opt for our Hepsia CP, all domains shall be managed through a single account i.e. there will not be a main domain name and add-on domains as with the other Control Panels. The second option may be more convenient if you don't need to grant access to a certain domain to other people and you don't want to switch between accounts to handle the domain addresses that you host on the server. In addition, any new domain address that you register via Hepsia shall be hosted automatically on the server without doing anything manually afterwards.
